• Bulk earthworks in Mabini are complete, which involved upgrading external stormwater drainage and the importation of fill to bring the site up to the correct level.
• Subsequent works will involve the construction of retaining walls and fencing.
• Operational works approval has now been issued by Council, which allows for civil and landscaping works to start for Mabini.
• Over the next 6 months, the focus will be on the construction of the underground infrastructure, which will involve sewer, storm water, water and power.
• Construction is forecast to be completed by the end of 2026.
• Titles and settlement are expected in early 2027.
